Mathijs de Weerdt is an assistant professor at the Delft University of
Technology. One day a week he works at the CWI
(National Research Institute for Mathematics and Computer Science).
Mathijs PhD thesis has been completed in
2003, and he received the prestigeous VENI grant from NWO
to support his research into coordinated planning from 2005 to 2008. Since 2006 he is a research
fellow of both the Research School for Transport,
Infrastructures, and Logistics (TRAIL), and the
School for Information and Knowledge Systems
(SIKS).
