Submission is open to all potential authors, whether they are authors of a paper at the CAPS workshop or not.
|
|
|
|
In order to be considered for the special issue based on the CAPS workshop,
a manuscript prepared from the workshop paper has to be expanded with additional substantial materials.
|
|
|
|
When submitted to the special issue, an expanded paper prepared from a conference/workshop paper, whether they carry the same or differing titles, should be accompanied with the original conference/workshop paper.
